For the price, I think this is a very good buy. Sometimes it says that batteries are good, but some toys still won't work with these "good" batteries. However, I do find it to be accurate. It doesn't work for 9 volt batteries, but does for AAA up to D's.Customer Review: Worth every penny

Great product. Can read the power on almost all batteries and saves you money by protecting from throwing out batteries with juice/life remaining. Only issue (not really an issue) is that the tester is black (not the blue that they have in the picture).Customer Review: what's not to love??

Here is what was needed: simple, robust tool to get the job done. This nails it. Not much else is needed. I went through 20 batteries this week, charged them all fully and then ran it through this tool. two were dead, so i disposed of them. It works!
