I have used all types of irigation but the SinuPulse has worked best for me. I use the mist spray tip to deliver targeted rinses and other natural irrigation proucts like Alkalol. It really provides greater versatility when you dont want or need the deeper cleansing tip or want to just moisturize the nasal passages. The gentle pulsating mist is also an excellent alternative for my son who prefers the mist spray over the cleansing rinse. I like having the choice of using either the pulsating mist spray or the pulsating cleansing rinse.
Now that more of our family uses the SinuPulse they should come out with greater different color tips
