I originally orderd 3 of these units and the Skylink dialer and control panel. Currently I'm using these units with only the dialer and I ordered 4 more. I have the sensors placed throughout my house and they appear to be working well (I've only had them for a week now). Very easy to set up.
Description of Skylink FS-433E Flood Sensor
The Skylink flood sensor detects water overflow and flooding when placed in basement, near water heater or washing machine. Notifies control panel or emergency dialer (Item# 164280, sold separately) if water is detected. Works in conjunction with Skylink security systems (Item#s 164286 or 164287).
