Easy to mount and has functioned will for over a year. I put it in the corner, high by the ceiling, in my living room. Has a good 20 foot reach (at least) and is easily moveable to ensure pets don't set it off. So far, so good.Customer Review: Works Great

The additional motion sensors are very easy to add to your Skylink Alarm system and they have a much greater range than the older models. Same batteries have lasted 6 months now and still working great.Customer Review: can't have pets with this motion sensor

our two cats kept setting off the alarm because of this motion sensor. The skylink overall is nice if you don't have pets. If they add a better motion sensor that it an excellent alarm system.Customer Review: Motion Sensor

This unit works great. When the battery needs replacement it makes a beep which is good but I found it hard to localize where the subtle electronic beeps were coming from.
