You can't beat the system for the money. I received it around 2 this afternoon and had it up and running by 5. I ordered an extra motion sensor. The motion sensors and door sensors work great. you can have a fairly large gap between the two door sensor so you don't need to worry about lining them up on the same plane. Make sure you read how to marry the phone dialer to the alarm. Do not have the dialer work off the sensors. It will call everytime you move or open the door. You can turn it off every day, but if you marry to the alarm, it only calls when the alarm is activatedCustomer Review: Few beefs

This is a pretty good system for the price. My only beefs are:
1. Alarm is not loud enough. Perhaps ok for an apartment or if you live on a quiet street. I live on a busy street so I had to buy another one for each side of the house.
2. The dialer is probably useless since the phone lines can be cut. I would get the simpler system and get the 2nd alarm.
3. Change the zoning for the sensors right away so there is no delay. Think about it; during the delay the robbers can just locate the alarm and smash it before it goes off.

This product is very economical and works great if set up properly. "Sync" all sensors to the alarm (sc-001).DO NOT "sync" sensors to the auto-dialer. Only "sync" the alarm (sc-001) to the auto dialer. Leave the auto dialer activated at all times. With this set up, the auto dialer will only make calls if you "arm" the alarm and it is set off. The auto dialer will not respond to the remote control.
This sounds complicated but is really very easy to set up as long as you follow above. I use the system with a magic-jack. I would definitly buy again.

I purchased this based on Amazon reviews. It works in theory but not practice. Its main downfall is the range that the sensors can communicate with the main keypad. Put a wall in the way and no joy. So unless you live in a one room apartment or only want to secure part of your living space - don't bother with this. The manufacturers support operation is pretty non existent. I have since gone with a used ADT system (without the monthly monitoring), a generic dialer and generic sensor that picks up the ADT chime sound.Customer Review: Safe at last!

I purchased this alarm system about a year ago. I am using it with motion sensors only.
My comments:
This is a quality system for the price paid.
The manual is complex and requires a lot of study.
The motion sensors are very sensitive on the high setting.
Low setting with motion sensors works well.
Battery life for motion sensors is good.
The siren is very loud--it should panic any intruder--It scares me!
Once set up properly this unit works flawlessly.
