1.) It's soft but firm enough
2.) You can move the filler around inside to suit your own needs
3.) It was heavier than I thought it would be but I'm fine with that
4.) It does take up a lot of room
5.) Get a nice case for this! It doesn't come with one. I found a nice cheap on at target that's fleece-y and really soft.

Very happy with the beyond down gel fiber body pillow. I've been using it throughout my pregnancy and it is very easy to move around and to "fluff" to adjust the filling. Feels down-like and has a nice loft. Pillow arrived in a plastic wrapper and was clean and ready to be used (after adding a pillow cover) with no strange chemical smells.Customer Review: Nice Pillow

This is my first body pillow and that explains the four star rating. It is very long. Since I move around a lot in the night this size makes it tough. I really like the gel fiber combination. The pillow has really nice lift and is very comfortable. Great price also. I may just shorten it. Otherwise it's a great pillow.Customer Review: Firm, but also nice & soft

This is a great body pillow. Even for a 180 lb guy like me. It holds its shape. It has a nice soft outer layer, with a fairly firm inner core. A good balance of soft and firm. It is heavier than a normal pillow - probably due to the gel filling. I am picky about my pillows - but this one I do like!! Well worth the money!Customer Review: Oh Baby!

I bought this to use during my pregnancy. I got it in January and it was wonderful...a little heavy but wonderful. It was just soft enough to feel comfy but offered support for my baby bump. It works for belly support, leg rest,leaning against and just plain cuddling with when morning sickness is kickin' your tail.
