I was a doubtful of the claims made for the Iso-Cool memory foam pillow gusseted slide sleeper but desperate to find one that I would be entirely comfortable with and this is it - without a doubt - just love it. Wasn't too happy about the import charges etc as it increased the price of the pillow quite considerably but I have no regrets. I do have a lot of back pain and always found great difficulty in settling down in my previous pillows - but from the first night I have to say it worked for me - I hope it works for all those people still searching for a really comfortable supportive pillow.Customer Review: Like sleeping on a cloud

I am a side sleeper and have been using memory foam pillows for about 10 years now. This is by far the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned and well worth the price. I did not notice any odor when I first opened the package, which is a real problem with some pillows. Also, most memory foam pillows I've used need a while to soften and mold to your head. The Iso-Cool did this from the very first night. It was soft, yet supportive, and felt fabulous against my skin. For the first time in a while I did not wake up with a hot, red area on my face from my pillow. I love my Iso-Cool!Customer Review: very pleased

I would never think to buy a pillow on line,but after purchasing several at my local stores and returning them - I decided I had nothing to lose. It is very hard to find a pillow that's not too high or too flat. This one supports my neck properly and I don't wake up with a stiff or painful neck. When I got the pillow I noticed how heavy it is and figured it would be hard to sleep on.Surprisingly,it's not hard at all.I would recommend it to anyone who needs a pillow that's "just right" The Iso-Cool Memory Foam pillow can get a bit warm but I put 2 pillowcases on it and that seems to help.Customer Review: Not as good as expected ...

Bought these since there were so many positive reviews, but I guess it depends on each person individually. My wife and I bought them to aid in her aching neck/shoulders, and myself with the "hot" pillow issue.
Unfortunately, while the pillow felt cool at first, I woke up twice in the night sweating on my head neck and shoulders (really anywhere that my skin made contact with the pillow), and my wife woke up hurting more than she did with a standard pillow.
This is a roll of the dice I suppose, since there are obviously many people that like it.

I bought this product primarily for my son who sweats a lot in his head in the first few hours of the night. This pillow didn't help at all. Plus, it's too high for him. I also tried it one night, and didn't feel its coolness either. So, I returned it.
It's a good quality pillow, if you don't care about its cool part.
I also bought a Chillow at the same time. That one works a little better and I kept it, but it's still not cool enough for my son. So, I'm still looking for a good "cool" pillow for him.
