I later saw a nearly identical product at JC Penny's at a substantially cheaper cost. It's rare that Amazon gets undercut by a competitor. Pays to shop around before you auto-click, like I've become accustomed to when shopping at Amazon. As for the pillow, I love it! Quality through and through. Although I've had mine fore a little over a year, it has shown no wear, nor has it lost it's original shape. I even take it with me when i travel. I have this pillow in the regular shape(like usual pillow) and thought this one may give me more support, but it is way too stiff and does not give at all, resulting in neck pain in the morning. The other one I have, I absolutely love. Stays cool all night, but I have to raise my bed slighty because of acid reflux. That is why I bought the thicker one. But does not work for reason as stated above. If anyone knows a way to soften this pillow or has the same problem, would love to hear about it.Customer Review: Helped my neck pain, but no good for back sleepers

I am both a back and side sleeper. I tend to sleep on my side more, so I chose the side sleeper pillow and it has really helped my neck problems. The only trouble is, when I do lay on my back it is not supportive and does not cradle my neck. It wakes me up because not comfortable when I turn over on my back. I would definitely recommend this pillow if you mainly sleep on your sides. HOwever, if you sleep on both, I would go for the back sleeper pillow with the curved cradle for your neck.Customer Review: Iso-Cool Pillow

I purchased two pillows for both my husband and myself. I find they really do work well in keeping you head cool as long as you reposition your head on the pillow when you have a flash. I love the fact I am very comfortable lying on my side with just this one pillow under me rather then three regular pillows. I would recommend this pillow to my friends. I left off one star only because you have to either flip the pillow or move your head when you have a hot flash.Customer Review: Good, but not great!

I purchased the gusseted side sleeper(for myself) and the traditional shape (for my wife). My wife hated hers and stopped using after 2 or 3 nights. I used mine for a week and thought is was good, but not $65 good. I spent $100 total on both pillows and expected them to make a dramatic difference in our quality of sleep. For us, this was not the case. Luckily Amazon has a good return policy and I am able to return for a full refund minus $10 for return shipping.
