I really wanted to like this pillow! But, after a week of giving it a try... I realized this pillow only made things worse for me. I sleep on my side with a pillow in between my legs, and for some reason - this pillow only made my shoulder feel "crunched" and my neck extremely stiff as there is basically no neck support on a pillow like this. It's memory foam, and good quality, but - it only increased my shoulder/neck issues!! Wish I loved this... as now I'm out $50!Customer Review: Sleeping better

I purchased this for myself recently because I was waking up with a stiff neck. Regular pillow was not staying supportive to my neck through the night. I saw on TV, The Doctor's, that this particular pillow was great for side sleepers. It works. My neck pain is gone. My husband tried mine and he liked it too, so we bought another. As to the coolness factor, I don't know. Next summer will answer that. The one drawback is that it is a very heavy piece of foam.Customer Review: It's Not Mushy

I'm a side sleeper. Have trouble with my neck if I don't get good support while sleeping. I ordered this pillow to see if it would help. The thing weighs a ton, in pillow terms. Would be a bit happier if it were just a tad thicker and a bit lighter. You can't bunch up the material to fluff it, so it stays just as it comes. It doesn't sag when you have your head on it and it returns to form when you get up. It's a bit expensive for a pillow, but worth a try.Customer Review: Iso-cool pillow

I found this pillow to be cool but it does not stay cool all night. Its comfortable and is definetely colder then a regular pillow but I still find myself flipping my pillow over in the middle of the night. It took afew nights to get use to this pillow
I aired this pillow out for 2 days and I have not had a problem with any smell after that.
It definetely is nice and colder then my old pillow even if it doesn't stay that way all night.

I ordered this pillow based on the prior reviews. I have to buy new pillows every 4-6 months and was looking for one that was comfortable and would last longer than 6 months before going flat. I have bought both cheap and expensive pillows and have yet to find one that lasts. I received this pillow and hated it the minute I got it. It is hard and horribly uncomfortable. This was my first experience with a memory foam pillow and it will be my last.
