Customer Review: BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought this foam mattress from Sleep Studio and I am here to warn you, do not do business with this company. My foam mattress came about 2 weeks ago, and I took it out of the packaging, which they marked as a 25 pd weigh for shippping and I don't think the box with the mattress weighed more than 8pds, and it was flat as a pancake. I read the mattress care instructions, and along with the many of the reviews I read and a few comments on how flat the mattress is when it first comes out of packaging said to let it breath for a day or two. It has been 7 days since I have taken it out of the packaging and it is still as flat as it was as when I first took it out of it's packaging. There a some spots here and there that have filled out to 3 inches like it is suppose to, but most of it is still flat.
I have called the company, and I have emailed to their customer service dept for help about this, and have not recieved a response yet?? Apparently a woman named Kim is supposed to be there to help you, but I only get her answering machine, and she doesn't call back or respond to email.
Another thing I found strange, was in the box was the mattress, and the care instructions,, but no reciept of any kind showing that you bought it, or a model number or anything to go on. Most packages I do receive, when I buy some thing on line, come with some kind of receipt in it in case you need to return it.
