Sleepwarmer Automatic Queen Blanket, Olive. I purchased this blanket in November 2010 for a Christmas present. This is a dual control electric blanket with an advertised 5 year warranty. After 30 days of use, one side stopped working. 2 weeks later the other side stopped working. I was past the allowed return time by Amazon, so had to send it in for warranty repair or replacement to the manufacturer. The warranty instructions provided with the blanket has me send the blanket in for repairs. I decided to check on line before sending it in, good thing since the address provided with the blanket had closed, a new address was available online plus the company required a form to be sent in with the blanket.
Sent blanket in about 10 days ago and am waiting....Not bad - 10 days and recieved a new blanket to replace the one sent in. The new blanket is a Grand Patrician, Queen blanket with a JCPenny.com model number 720-1027 0729. Has most of the same features as the original.
