my kitchen chairs were making circles in the vinyl tiles. these things fixed that. they also do just what is claimed on the package. the chair is anchored to wherever it's put. no sliding around. they are quite easy to put on with a little hammering. i will buy more from this company/brand when the need arises. very nice product.
p.s. the grippers make noise while resisting being slid and thus my kitty gets nervous when i drag a chair with these things on it across the floor. i am amused. my kitty is not.

well, we were putting them on chairs with metal bases, so screwing them on wasn't an option. We've had them about 2 months - after about a month, they started falling off; and the chairs weren't even used all that much. twice a day at meals. That kinda sucks. Come to think of it, I guess we can try some crazy glue, but i wouldn't think I'd need to - they should have stayed on... Otherwise they worked as advertised while on the chair.

This is the best product available to protect hardwood and laminate floors and keep furniture in one place. The ability to retain them to furniture legs with screws keeps them from falling off or getting left behind when rearranging furniture.
