I have been using sharping stones for a while and always disliked having 3 speprate stones to worry about storing and drying. The Tri-Hone set takes that issue away by putting them all in one easy to work with little dude. This set's design is awesome for the fact the stones are never sit on a surface, so drying excess oil or water off is easy. Each side is clearly marked so it is really hard to get confused. I got to say if you are in the market for a new set of Arkansas sharping stones try these out.Customer Review: razor sharp!

Sharpens your knife razor sharp and leaves a nice polished finish too. It's handy to have 3 different grade stones, depending on how dull your blade is. It was shipped fairly fast with standard shipping. Only problem is it does not have rubber stoppers on the bottom, so it might slide across your surface you have it on. Overall a great buy and a must have for keeping your knives sharp.Customer Review: Works OK

This works ok, it will put a decent edge on your knives or whatever. However, I was disappointed that the Fine stone seems more course than the Medium stone. They also get clogged fairly easily If you don't use lots of oil. This product is better for shaping/grinding than putting a really fine razor edge on a knife. I recommend the Lanskey sharpening system for that.Customer Review: Nice sharpener

Nice little sharpening stones. Have gotten my kitchen knives sharp enough to take the hair off my arm. I'm sure someone with more skill than me could get them shaving sharp with this kit. I don't think the stones are too small as others have mentioned. I've done several 8" chefs knives with no problems. Probably the best sharpening kit you'll find for 20 bucks.Customer Review: Very good sharpening system

The Smiths Tri-Hone sharpening system is great. I sharpened my 8" Chef knife back to "scary status" with little trouble. The included angel guide was actually a great help to me "A novice sharpener" Like other reviewers I do recommend placing the system on a towel to keep it from sliding on a counter top. Great product at a great price! Happy Sharpening!
