I had bought a 7' tree last Christmas and it was the display model, so the store gave me a Christmas tree storage bag instead of the box. The bag they gave me was worth $29.99 and I thought it was a good deal at the time. It clearly stated it could fit a 7.5' tree, it was made of fabric and had wheels. After taking down the tree in January, I realized the bag was designed for a "slim" tree, even though it didn't say that. The middle section of the tree could hardly even get in, much less close.
So, I ordered 2 Snow joe storage bags which was surprisingly inexpensive. When they arrived, I couldn't get over how ROOMY they were and my whole tree could fit in just one bag, but we split it in two to distribute the weight and make it easy to carry. I am very happy with the Snow Joe bags - they are strong and not flimsy, easy to zip, and we even got to put some ornaments in the bag. I read from other reviews that we should wrap the metal pieces of the tree before storing to avoid punctures, so we did that. This is our first season using these bags, but I believe we can keep them for years to come. I would recommend it to anyone!
