These pillows are amazing!
Great for neck, back or leg pain!
Also great for headaches, migraines, or overheating, because it can be put in the fridge/freezer for a cold pack.
Use while sleeping or laying flat, and also while watching tv, working on the computer or even driving!
Puts those new memory foam pillows to shame.
Just buy it and see!

Love it Love it Love it, cant even use a normal pillow again, I have used these for years and I can get out of bed very well now this pillow does wonders for you back and neck, the human head weighs anywhere from 8 to 10 lbs this pillow supports the head and neck and lines your spine up correctly foam and other pillows do not support the head, if you get this pillow keep in mind it will take a few days to get used to it due to the noise of the buck wheats not real loud but this pillow is dif from others even my cats have oneCustomer Review: Best pillow ever for me

I first purchased one of these over 10 years ago hoping it would help a chronic sore neck. I tried it a couple of times but could not get used to the hardness and the noise. I gave up and stored it away until a few years ago. I tried many types of pillows and was waking up every morning with a stiff neck and headache. Once again I tried the buckwheat pillow and used it every night. I no longer hear the noise and my neck feels great! I take it with me always when I travel and have never sleep on a regular pillow again!Customer Review: DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW !!!

I bought 2 Buckwheat pillows from HSN years ago and LOVED them.. They finally wore out, and so I went and bought this Sobakawa buckwheat pillow. I received it yesterday, and there is hardly any buckwheat filling in it...it's absolutely ridiculous!! My old buckwheat pillow which I'm trying to replace for a firmer pillow, is even better than this 'new' one... Very Cheaply made... Yeah, this pillow pretty much sucks. In addition to it being a tiny, crunchy, heavy bag of buckwheat husks, it doesn't even live up to it's biggest claim: "Keeps your head cool through the night." I did not find this to be the case at all. In fact, I would say this pillow retains heat better than most synthetic fibers in pillows. I tried it out for as long as I could bear (about 20 minutes) and you can clearly feel the pillow heating up to your body temperature. Dr. Watanabe is selling snake oil.
