On the positive side - shipping/receipt was done in a timely manner. Plus, the truck is a good value.
On the negative side - it appeared that it might have been a return. The platform had a number of marks/cuts on it. This doesn't affect its use, however. The mechanical function of the handle, however, works very hard and needs some WD40 to smooth it out a bit.
Overall, it is what I was looking for and would not spend the $$ to return.

I'm impressed with the robustness of this product. However, I had to open the handle into position using force. The package didn't include any instructions, plus it's friday evening and it would take until Monday to reach customer service. I couldn't find information for the product online. I suspect there was something faulty in the assembly of my handtruck. I'm a bit afraid to close it for fear that I will have to stand on it again to force it open.Customer Review: Love My Platform

This is the second platform truck I have bought. I love that I can get all my sewing stuff on it when I am going to Sewing Circle. My father-in-law uses his to take his clothes to the washing machine room in his assisted living place. He can get all his laundry and his soap, etc., on it and doesn't have to lift and carry anything. It is versatile and handy. It's also great for my scrapbooking paraphanalia. I recently purchased the 330 lb. platform truck and was delighted that it only took two days to arrive when they said it would take 5 to 7 days. The only assembly was attaching the wheels which was easy. It is all that I expected and I'm very pleased with it. The price was right also. Since I'm currently moving this platform truck is wonderful to have. I recommend it for the low price and its ability to get the job done.Customer Review: Great for vendor shows

I bought this cart to carry bulky items into vendor shows. It has been an enormous help. I was glad I read the reviews first otherwise I too would have been stumped how to put the wheels on. I opened the folding bar first and then I could not get it down again no matter what I tried. Finally I attached the wheels and then the bar folded right away with no problem so I think its important to put the wheels on first.
