I guess it's my fault for not paying attention to the measurements... :( It's a little small for most mail. I wish it was at least 11 inches to fit a standard size paper. I was hoping to use it for my out going mail or things I need to remember to take to work. Most of the stuff won't fit because it's not long enough.
Even though it's as described I am not sure if I would recommend it.. It's very inexpensive so I am not mad I bought it. I have a friend who wants one so I think I'll give it to her and buy a differnt one.
It was super easy to install and we do use the key portion of it. Maybe I can think of a creative use for the holder part.
