Customer Review: I've seen fleas jump on and off of this trap

I Bought one of these and one Victor Flea Trap. While the Victor was trapping fleas in other rooms, I actually watched fleas jump on, then off of this trap. It worked much better when I removed the cover, but it is too easy to get its sticky paper stuck to other things. I bought 4 more Victor traps, put Advantage on the cat, and the flea problem is now history.Customer Review: Catches more than fleas!

I was a little dubious about this product but prefer using non-chemicals in and around the house and on my aging "pet-children". I cannot say how many fleas that I have actually caught but I can say with all certainty this flea trap has trapped ants, mosquitos, baby roaches, and other small tropical pests(flying and otherwise). the trap does collect fleas over time but not enough of them to make any difference compared to a severity of infestation in your house. looks like only some of few fleas choose to jump into the trap, the majority of the rest hide and breed in other spots and stay on your pets.
so there is no purpose of buying it if it doesn't help with much result

The flea trap seems ok. Got it after a month of fighting fleas with every other method, including sprays, bombs, shampoo, daily combing, spot-on treatments, etc. So over the past month it's gotten 4 fleas...but may be because that's all that is really left.
4 fleas in the trap is 4 fleas not in my carpet or on my cats...

This flea trap is fine. It works, the flea's are there to see; trapped on the sticky paper. It also acts as an ok night light.
The flea trap I got blew its light bulb a week after I got it. I bought a packet of 4 replacement bulbs for $3. All good.
As part of a "multi" level assault on the flea's this trap has its place.
