Does what they where designed for. Used for a rollable work bench. Got two of these & two swivel w/brake version.
Fair warning though. The swivel version is a tad taller, guess because of swivel plate. You think though they would take that into account and make them even. No big deal. I just placed a piece of scrap plywood to bring it level.
