Customer Review: Great product, but pack the thing a little better, won't you???
Summary: 4 Stars
Awesome product. However, had a nightmare of a time with the ones that arrived broken. Took 3 calls to amazon to get a shipping label to send them back. The day I sent them back the replacements arrived, and both of those were broken. So I sent those back, and again, same craziness trying to just get someone to send me an online shipping label (the amazon system says you have to pay for postage yourself, which is not correct... and first time amazon told me i had to deal with Target, the seller, directly... until i threw a fit). I'm still waiting for my replacements, and it's been weeks. Something so simple shouldn't be so hard. I buy them directly from Target now and get a better price $8.77 vs $12.77 and can pick out the non-broken ones myself.
