Customer Review: MAY not be useful for hanging files

I bought two single units of this product (with a black lid) elsewhere. It came with two bars that slide into slots molded into the plastic, which are meant to support hanging file folders. However, those bars are far too flimsy for their purpose, given the length of this file box. The bars bend and twist under a less-than-full load of files, slip out of that slot, and the files fall off.
Update: After sending in a complaint, via the Sterilite website contact form, about those wobbly rails, I received an email reply within hours, informing me that replacement rails were being mailed to me. They came today (less than a week after my complaint), and are wonderful. They hold a crate-full of hanging files without bending at all.
Further, I cannot say enough about the responsiveness and courtesy of Sterilite's customer service department. If every American manufacturer/distributor of big ticket items stood behind their offerings the way this company has stood behind a $10 product, I believe we'd have a far better trade balance and economy.
I have suggested to Sterilite that they make those stronger bars standard on this product. Hope they listen!
