Customer Review: Good, could be slightly better

These drawers are easy to assemble, look fine and will hold plenty. The latter two were basically all I wanted.
Two reasons I didn't find this to be a five star product:
* One of the plastic quick release snaps to connect the drawers (there are four of these on each drawer) broke, probably making it impossible to release the snap. Not the biggest deal, especially because I don't plan on disassembling this, but I'd hope that pressing the piece one time wouldn't break it.
* Also, if you pull the drawers about ~50% out, they begin to topple downward. I'm guessing it could be solved if the drawers were just a tighter fit.
