I wish had taken my time and looked around before I purchased this product. I normally do look around for the best price. Target should be ashame of themselves of charging $30.00 for shipping. That is just robbing the customer. I will never, never purchased anything from them again. I just found this same item from another seller for only $25.00 and the shipping was about $12 or $13. I know this cart will be nice but not for an additional $30 for shipping. So take your time and look around. Don't get had like I did. I guess the customer is just paying for the name Target which is a rip-off.
