Tools and Hardware Reviews of Stiletto FH10-C 10-Ounce Titanium Finish HammerCustomer Review: Great tool! Summary: 5 Stars
I recently purchased this hammer after swinging estwings for the pase 20 years.Recently diagnosed with tendonitus I was looking for a light, shock absorbing hammer to replace my old blue handled classic.I first tried the stiletto framing hammer but found it too bulky and long ,but this little trim model is just great. Over the last week we framed a large hip roof doing all the nailing by hand. While I admit that driving a 12d sinker requires an extra tap or two it is well worth the weight I no longer carry. These days I do most of my work with air tools but will always have a hammer by my side, and from now on this little stiletto wil be the one.

This hammer makes for much less wear and tear on your wrist. At the end of a day of hammering, my wrist was getting upset with me. I have mot had near the pain at the end of the day using this hammer as compared to a traditional 16oz. hammer. I do pick up the old hammer however for driving cement nails or a hardened punch. I find the magnetic insert in the head useful for driving nails into hardbacker or similar where perfect placement is not critical. Worth the money.
Customer Review: stiletto trim hammer Summary: 5 Stars
As good nail hammers become harder and harder to find I'm glad I took a chance and spent the money on this one. It performs like a 16 oz. steel hammer but with much less effort and despite the lighter 10 oz. head it still has good balance. No annoying ringing when driving nails either. The handle is good quality, fits my hand well. It's heavily lacquered so I had to sand that off in places for a better grip. Used daily it shows no wear at all so far.
Customer Review: What a difference Summary: 5 Stars
Ive only been using this hammer for about two weeks. I am a finish carpenter and was looking for something to help my tennis elbow. This hammer is amazing. Guys think it's funny until they try it. My elbow already feels better and the curved handle is great. The down side so far it that the face marks easily when you use a nailset. I plan to do some framing soon and I will probably get a Titanium framing hammer.
Customer Review: I love this hammer Summary: 4 Stars
I work in the film business as a Grip and I have to carry a hammer all day. 12 hrs a day; and I love this hammer. My back loves this hammer! It's light weight but the curved handle gives you that edge to really drive a nail in.
Alot of guys tell me that if I had to drive nails all day my arm would be tired, but I don't have to and I know a couple of carpenters on the job swear by it too.
