I am happy with the amount of "gunk" flushed ot of my tub system. It does get 4 1\2 stars for cleaning the tub.
Arrived well packaged in a decent amount of time.
BUT according to the directions I am supposed to use half a container at a time!
I was looking for something I could squeeze more cleanings out of instead of something I had to constantly keep buying or risk running out of the product and not using it regularly. Or feel forced to purchase multiples at a higher price. I will be shopping around and see what else I can buy for similar price and more use.

My HE washer is stinky. It is under a year old, cost $2500 for the washer/dryer set and it still works great but the washer stinks terribly like sewer water. I've tried everything including getting a repairman, hot bleach water in the tub overnight, affresh tablets, oxyclean overnight, wiping everything out, etc... This item is designed to clean the pipes of the spa bathtub, but someone reviewed it as also working for washers. It isn't perfect but it by far was the best improvement in smell after I used this product.Customer Review: Don't waste your money

I bought 2 bottles of whirlout, enough for 4 applications. I did the first 2 treatments a few days apart, with no noticeable reduction in the amount of black flakes coming out of the jets. I then ran a 3rd treatment where I dumped in the entire bottle, and ran it for 1hr, again after rinsing 3 times I still have black flakes shooting out of my jets. I have tried numerous home remedies with no luck as well. I just ordered some "ahh some" and I'm hoping for better results.

The Whirlout Pipe Cleaner did not clean my jacuzzi tub as well as I hoped it would. There was a lot of soap suds generated during use which I assume means it cleaned soap out of the pipes but the outer surfaces of the jets that are exposed in the tub did not come clean. It also takes half of the bottle for each use and is recommended that it be used once a week. This can become very expensive. I would not recommend this product.Customer Review: Time-consuming

I received this product (professionally packaged & in a timely manner). Although, it wasn't difficult to use, it is a process (fill the tub of water over the jets, drain, then refill to rinse). I would have preferred direct application to jets/suction intake w/o so much use of water; otherwise, I would recommend this product (it works) & I would make future purchases from this seller.
