From the photograph illustrating this product, take away the wall (not included), pretty flowers (not included), hose (not included), mounting bolts and/or screws (not shown nor included), particularly helpful instructions (not included)and you are left with, um, a plastic hose hanger, that if someone just showed you this without giving you any other clues of it's nature, I suspect you would not have known what it was.
And, I am pretty sure that if you saw it at your local home improvement store, you would pass it by for another product. My bad, it was inexpensive, and that was what sold me on it--and glowing reviews--and you almost always get what you pay for. This time I paid too much. Pass.
