Customer Review: Wish I had purchased better designed hose reel cart

I've have used hose reel carts for many years. I needed an additional cart. After spending time reviewing my opinions I selected the Suncast SHA150B. It was very easy to setup. Unfortunately, I do not like the position and length of the hand crank. It's difficult to reel in a hose on a grass surface. I even have had problems reeling an empty 100 ft hose that I placed on my concrete driveway.
This is the first purchase from Amazon.com that I have rated so low.

Suncast SHA150B 150-Foot Capacity Garden Hose Hosemobile Reel Cart, Mocha/Taupe It certainly does hold 150 feet of hose. I had a difficult time trying to get the hose to remain equal while rolling it up but perhaps that might be my age of 60, female, and not as strong as when I was younger. It does the job that I needed; a way to keep my hose in a more organized manner and the fact that there are wheels makes it easier to move around too.

I was so annoyed w/ the garden hose tangling & decided to buy a reel. This one is not very stable & made of cheap material. It took such pain to round up the hose & the reel kept moving and falling down... not sturdy at all. I wanted to return but my husband threw away the package. We happened to receive on the trash day. My husband and I have tried various hose carts and this Suncast cart is by far the best one we've had, it slips out of sight easily once you use it. The cart is made of a high quality plastic, it is well designed,and well made. It is easy to maneuver and rewind. We love it. It's the best Garden hose reel I've ever had. I love the way you can move it around, and you can lower it so it doesn't sit too high. I looked all over for 150 foot hose reel. You can't beat the price,even with shipping. Thanks so much. Your heros.
