I found this lock by accident. I was browsing and looking over all the major brands but did not find any real solid reviews on the items. I even went into stores that had carried the items to test it out. Some were solid and great products but was not particularly what I was looking for, functional (like the bio-finger scan was not functional) or had other issues that just did that fit my need. Then I came upon this lock and started digging up more information about this lock. The reviews were good and seemed like a great product, so I decided to take a chance on it.
Installing to be honest - was a major pain!!!! - it had to be just perfect and I spent quite a while trying to get it right. So for those that do not have a new door with just the perfect hole, you might expect yourself to spend a bit of time trying to install it. After the lock was installed - everything worked just as it supposed to do. Great solid lock and functions. I enjoy using the keypad most of the time. I purchased additional "tag keys" for it and it works great without any issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a solid built keypad/tag key lock.
The only cons I would have to say are the "price" and "keypad passwords". Installation seems to be a hit or miss with some of the reviewers - so to be fair, it can be a con or pro depending on each person's door or setup. I spent over an hour+ trying to fix the hole and getting it just right and to work.
Price is very high compare to many other solid products out there. As for the keypad passwords, you can only store 2 passwords. One is the master password and a secondary. I purchased another keypad lock for the garage and it allowed up to 6 passwords - basically everyone in the family had their own and allowed guests/gardener to have their own. If possible, I would suggest the company to work on adding additional passwords. Doesn't have to be 6 but an additional one or two will allow guests/maid/family to have their own separate use. Due to these two main issues - I gave the product 4 stars. I still would recommend the product to others that would like a solid keypad lock also with keytag.

This lock can only have ONE passcode. the amazon reviews says codes - I installed the whole lock and realized it only supports one passcode. You can have multiple keys - but the whole point of buying this lock was to not have to carry keys..
It was not that easy to install - definitely not done with just a phillips screwdriver as advertised. The strike plate is three layers thick and most definitely will require you to carve out some wood in order to be level with the door frame once installed.
Their support is just a voicemail box - no one will answer the phone. I did get someone to call me back however. The deadbolt did not work, and support just said we will ship you another - please uninstall the lock and reinstall the old one, because we will not ship express. And their solution to get it working? WD-40 :)
I finally did get it working by disassembling and spraying WD-40 and re-assembling. However, the autolock still kicks in even when the door is open - so you need to be careful to push the deadbolt back in before closing the door if you leave it open for a little longer than three seconds.
On the plus side, I do think the lock is built like a tank.
Net: If it were not for the fact that I spent all day installing it and carved out a part of my door frame to get it to fit, I would return and wait for a better lock.

I am very pleased with Amazon.com products and services. I have purchased three locks. It was somewhat difficult to install the lock for me because I am not a handy man and I don't keep too many tools at home. However, in order to have it installed by replacing the lock which was already on my door, did require some prepration work and needed some tools, a drill, some measurements etc before this lock could fit. So it took me almost 7-8 hours to finish the installation. I had to make some trips to Home Depot store to purchase the tools.But after installation, I am satisfied and feel happy that I made the right choice by replacing the old lock.Customer Review: Great lock, installation not easy

I love this lock now that it is installed but don't believe the user friendly installation that only requires a screwdriver. It took me three hours to install because the deadbolt latch and strike lining box did NOT fit into my "American" standard door. My front door is only a few years old. Even though it was frustrating to install I would buy this product again because the lock serves it purpose and works beautifully.
