It is much better than the mechanical timer. Its instructions would be clearer such as how to review the program after setup; would be much better if it has a 24hr setting to minimize confusion.Customer Review: Excellent little gadget!!!!!

Works as advertised. Easy to program. Set it and leave it. Power outage does not affect settings (battery backup). Much better to wake up to a light than a noisy alarm !
