installation instn not user friendly.
part is missing-they will mail it to me on my request.
i could not install myself due to non user friendly instn
i had to call handyman to install it.
it took longer time for handyman to install it due to poor instn and charged $60 to install.
all the wires to connect devices looks ugly. there is no provision to hide this wire.
they should have given provision in hollow cantilever bracket to pass all wires(electric suply,cable and av wires)

It's getting pretty hard to find a wall mount for conventional TV's so finding this one was great. I'm usually sceptical of the claims that are made when buying things sight unseen but this product description and functionality was exactly right. All of the parts were included and the product installed easily. All of the parts fit correctly and last but certainly not least the product performed as advertised. This is an awesome TV/DVD player wallmount kit. It took only a drill, a stud finder, a phillips screw driver, and 20 mins before i was watching tv in my room at a more comfortable viewing angle. The stand is very solid and has no wiggle in it at all. It feels really sturdy and i would not hesitate to put it to use with its rated 95 lb capacity. This tv wall mount with dvd shelf satisfies perfectly the function that I needed it to perform. Construction is good quality and sturdy. Assembly was easy enough, and it looks good. The convenience of shopping Amazon is highly desirable, especially since this type of item, for the older-technology cathode-ray tube TV, is very difficult to find in stores. product is great heavy steel and was quite easy to put together. was really worried because we wanted to put up and old 27" tv. i have no worries about it coming apart or letting the tv all. and the price was very reasonable.
