This is a perfect example of what can happen with intelligent and open minded engineering. The product does exactly what it is designed to do. You'll be amazed at the extra room in your shower and wonder how you ever lived with a standard shower bar and the ever attacking plastic inner shower curtain. This is my second ARC purchased from Amazon. The first went into my previous home and when we moved this was one of my very first purchases for my new house. Worth every penny! (No, I have no affiliation with Amazon or the manufacturer. I just really appreciate excellent design).Customer Review: Good Product.

Bought this product after reading several reviews. I put it in the guest bath with a five foot tub. Since this was a new home, I had no reference points to help install this item. It took about an hour. It turned out great and I was pleased. It was just what I was looking for.
I tried the other one (I ordered 2) in my master shower stall. I cut the bar to fit, only to realize the 'arc' made the shower curtain stay outside the shower, thus getting the floor wet.
I recommend this product for tubs/showers with more than a 6 inch lip on the tub/shower.

After seeing these in 4-star hotels I'd stayed in I was really curious about them and decided to try and find where I could get one. Low and behold they were a steal right here on Amazon.com.
I purchased one instantly and after the super easy installation I couldn't be happier. The additional space when you're in the shower makes a huge difference. It's affordable and well-worth it. I highly recommend one of these for anyone even remotely interested. You won't be sorry. Added bonus - they just look cool!

Yep, like everyone else is saying: SUPER easy install - comes with anchors for your drywall. And I can't see any reason you'd ever need to trim the rod. One of our bathrooms that we installed an Arc in is SUPER small, AND the door opens in. So I just backed the mounts into the shower 6 inches or so, and it works great! The extra elbow room is such a stupid thing when you say it outloud, but then when you get in the shower, it's SOOOO nice! Anyway, a must buy! Quick & easy install with superb results.Customer Review: Love it!

I received this as a Christmas present from my sweetie! It installed easily a total of 30 minutes to take down old shower rod, mark and drill new holes and install ARC. The only comment that he said was that he needed a drill to get the holes started and that the cover plates for the old holes should come with (they are sold seperately). This easily added more than the 8 inches (stated in packaging)to the inside of my shower. It looks like a fancy hotel or spa!
