I normally don't write reviews .. but was compelled to do so because of some of unfair reviews for this product.
I bought 2 of this product 2 years ago from a local store because they are so small and affordable one for my home and one in my travel bag. I bought 3rd one later on for my parents.
I travel a lot for work (I'm a dance performer/teacher) .. this little light weight steamer have worked magically for my dresses, costumes, shirts and pants! I only need to hand them up (or lay flat) then apply the steamer (best to have one side of the clothing secured/clipped while one hand stretches the other end), wrinkles would be gone within seconds!
I do the same at my home and have not touched any other ironing device ever since I had this little Tobi.
Now I had this product for 2 years and have not encountered any problem. I like the design too
I highly recommend this product!
