This is an awesome product, much needed for EVERY BODY. I am a massage therapist and I recently suffered a bulged disk. This has helped me to heal much more effectively. I am grateful to the inventor of this and to this manufactureer who makes an excellent quality product. This is a decent product but it seems designed for those with a small chair
and a small tush. As it is, I must admit I sometimes loose my balance on it.
Would have preferred a larger cushion, about 18 x 16, with a 4 inch depth
made up of 2 inches each of medium density foam and memory foam.

The Tush Cush car seat cushion is very comfortable and provides great back support as well as lift for petite drivers. I was so delighted with my first purchase I ended up buying two more for family members. I spend about 2 hours a day (or longer) in my car. The seats in my car are not that comfortable and in turn, have amplified the pain I experience from sciatica. The only thing that has helped is this pillow. Beware that you don't see instant results; it takes about 2 weeks to notice that it is working.Customer Review: okay

I have scoliosis so when I drive long distance my lower back often hurts. I purchased the item thinking it would help. It did at first,but unfortunately probably because I do not weigh enough the cushion would shift under me.
I have not tried it on a desk chair yet, hopefully it will work.
