I am on my third or fourth Tush Cush--I commute long distances in an elderly Toyota with bad seats. Before I got my first one, my lower back would hurt so badly from driving I was almost in tears. Since my car seat does not have height adjustment, I bought this cushion to elevate my ischiums. It works fine for me. The reason I do not give it 5 stars is because I would like a way to attach it to the seat, to save me the trouble of putting it into place every time I get in the car.Customer Review: Increased my productivity!

I do a lot of sitting and typing for work, and often got cramps in my back, and numbness in my legs. With this cushion, my legs don't get numb, and my posture at the computer seems improved. Worth the money, makes traveling a lot easier. I got one for my siatic nerve problem and my wife (no back problem) used it and liked it also, so we had to get a second one. It sits you in more of a correct upright positions and takes the pressure off the spine.Customer Review: Love it!!

I broke my tailbone 2 yrs ago and still suffer from pain from that as well as low back pain. This cushion has been GREAT! I sit for long periods of time due to work and this has been great at helping to relieve the pressure from the tailbone area.
