I have had this for a few weeks now and yet I still see ants which was a little upsetting to me. I didnt want to use a pest control spray but am finding I may still need to use one if I dont want to see ants in my kitchen. Although I see no more of any other type of bug but my neighbors will spray and I am sure they will arrive. I still have hope though and hope this proves me wrong.Customer Review: Pest Offense

This item was touted as eliminating insects, mice, etc. by using the wiring in the house to transmit a signal which was offensive to pests. Well, it just doesn't work. It is a waste of money and electricity!! Do NOT bother to purchase this item. I still have spiders crawling around the house and I'm sure the ants will be here as soon as it gets hot outside!Customer Review: No Bugs, My Lady

I have the unit plugged in. It has a soft glowing light that is ok, but not necessary.
so far no bugs, so it must be working. The big test will come when the Palmetto bug season arrives next month.
the unit is compact and non intrusive, which i like.
the price was good, and the shipping was quick.

The new Pest Offenseitem doesn't seem to eliminate roaches anymore. I believe this manufacturer was based in Dallas several years ago and the product was effective. Something may have changed in the way it is manufactured. Looks like I need to go back to the roach traps. Unfortunate.
