Tools and Hardware Reviews of Infinity Razor- Men's razorCustomer Review: lasts forever - because you won't use it Summary: 1 Stars
I decided to take a chance on purchasing this razor, foolishly hoping that I might start saving money on razor blades. Instead, I completely wasted my money on this useless piece of oddly-shaped plastic and metal. The blade does not have a rotating head, and the handle is shaped almost as if it was intentionally designed to be hard to use. It will shave the upper portion of your cheeks without a problem, but you may as well forget about shaving your chin, above the upper lip, and most of your neck. I tried to use it three different times, and after each attempt I wound up using my old razor to finish the job because so much of my beard was still there.
Customer Review: horrible razor but... Summary: 1 Stars
it did lead me to read these reviews, which gave me a few good laughs... very entertaining- especially since I could relate to what the reviewers were saying. Has anyone tried the stand that comes with this so-called 'razor'? The thing falls right out now matter how you place it in there.
There is the possibility of diamond blades, but the big razor companies don't want one that doesn't need to be replaced. That would cut into their profits, And the de Beers diamond mining company is suppressing the development of inexpensive production of diamonds.
It's a beautiful dream, but some very powerful corporate interests stand in the way.
Customer Review: Awful, except the price Summary: 2 Stars
Well, what does one expect for ten bucks? Answer: worth the risk of trying. The amount of triple-blade refills you can get for $10, and the length of time you use them up -- is that better or worse than this Infinity thing? As for sharpness, the unscientific comparison is to the edge of a new brick. In Latin, they would say something like, "it grinds the hell out of your face." So, what's the recommendation? I say use this Infinity thing a day after you have used a real razor, and it does OK. Otherwise, use lots of hot water and shaving cream. If it lasts until infinity with the same quality edge, at least you get endurance.
Customer Review: WORST RAZOR EVER! Summary: 1 Stars
I bought this razor at a value store, I was a bit skeptical but I thought what the heck, lets see if it'll do what it says...then when I got home I checked it out on amazon and everyone said it was horrible, so I tried it and I AGREE! not only is it bad! its unusable...it grabs and grabs and its worse than a dollar store razor by far, they are even much better! this product is a joke and I dont see how it was ever able to even get a patent or be sold at all, I'm sure there is a lawsuit out there. It may be the last razor you'll ever buy because IT MIGHT SLIT YOUR THROAT AND KILL YOU! BE CAREFUL IF YOU DARE TRY THIS HORRIBLE RAZOR!!!
Customer Review: Sharp Blade, Bad Shave Summary: 2 Stars
I have been using the Gillette Fusion (manual) razor for over a year. The replacement blades now cost over $12.00. Along comes the Infinity razor. Boy, now I'm going to save some money.
To my great disappointment, The Infinity razor does not give as close a shave as the Fusion and it's is an extremely less comfortable shave.
To the makers of Infinity:
1. Make the blade a tad longer.
2. Add one or two blades (the Fusion has 4)
3. Straighten the handle. It's difficult to hold
Needless to say, I have gone back to the Fusion and have shelved the Infinity.
