I received the product promptly, but the organizer came in a cardboard box that appeared to have been sent to someone before me that ultimately returned the organizer. It had no plastic wrap around it and it SMELLED LIKE MILDEW and WAS STAINED IN PLACES!!!!! I shop online a lot and have NEVER received a product in such poor condition before. I felt like [...] pulled the organizer out of the trash, brushed it off and shipped it to me. I was furious. The visible stains on the tray and the pockets were one thing, but the fact that it REEKED OF MILDEW was totally insulting. My mother and I could smell it as soon as I opened the shipping box. Whoever packed that order knew full well it was not fit for use. It smelled that bad. I even sprayed it with lysol to mitigate the smell and it had no effect--even after two weeks. The smell was so putrid I kept it in the garage until I had time to return it. I sent it back and it took them a month to refund the money, but no one responded to the lengthy note I included about how bad the condition was of what they sent me. Will never order from them again. As for the organizer itself, it would have worked great for my sofa had it not smelled like hot garbage.
