Tools and Hardware Reviews of The Ghost Meter EMF SensorCustomer Review: Very Useful Summary: 4 StarsI hadn't previously been aware of the ghosts all around me but using this device I have been able to find them everywhere. As I write this I can detect the presence of a ghost of someone whose name begins with M or R, another ghost that wants to talk to someone called David or Derek, and the ghost of my deceased gerbil.
My only complaint is this device keeps detecting the ghost of Cliff Richard. This is clearly erroneous as Mr Richard is still very much alive. I took this up with the manufacturers and they believe that Mr Richard may have had a surgical operation during which a part of his body was removed and this part is now haunting me. So you should bear in mind that this device is a little bit too sensitive!
Other than that I think this gadget is fantastic and ghost hunting is a lot more sociable than metal detecting. I've now met lots of dead people and most of them have been quite interesting.
Customer Review: A Solid 'Starter' Ghost Detector (BUT NOT PERFECT!) Summary: 3 StarsAs a novice ghost hunter based in the UK, I would like to recount some of my experiences with the Ghost Meter:
Firstly, on an initial outing with the Ghost Meter, I was disappointed to find it completely failed to pick up ANY reading of Lord Gnash III, the (in)famous ghost of Barnsley Hall. Obviously, this is hardly surprising given that Gnash is a type O `sensory prendemic' ghost, so the Ghost Meter was unsuitable for that venture (I should have foreseen this!).
I had much better luck when I took the Ghost Meter with me on a visit to Downford Glenn Cemetery. If anything, the meter was TOO sensitive in this context, and I was unsure which ghosts I was picking up (was it Poor Peter, or was it Mad Ashely Glennings? I simply couldn't distinguish between them - nightmare!).
So, to recap, for $30 dollars it represents paranormally good value, but if you're serious about ghost hunting, then you really need to pay the extra $600 for the Quantum `B' Type model - (I know it's on MY Wishlist, and it should be on yours, too!).
Customer Review: Great Goblin Summary: 5 StarsIt is amazing how many ghosts one can find. First there was the ghost of Christmas past, and he took me to see my life as a young man, then the ghost of Christmas present and the future (scary).
Yes, this little detector will work wonders for your imagination. If you imagine the ghosts you will see them. There all over - just waiting for you to invest in Nigeria, or to tell you about the tall dark stranger coming into your life.
So, get this product, because if you combine it with a colon cleanser, you can check to see if what is coming out of you is a ghost (some a foul) or just gas.
Customer Review: Phew! What a relief! Summary: 5 StarsWhen I first heard about this product, I was a bit concerned about the ramifications of such a device falling into the Average Joe's hands! You see, I belong to a race of reptillian humanoids living undercover as human beings. I believe you derisively call us "reptoids," if I'm not mistaken?
My brethren and I depend on our ability to blend in and "pass" as human in order to further our agenda of enslaving the minds of mankind until we can take over and rule your planet. But if a simple gadget, available on the internet for a mere thirty of your Earth-dollars, could show us up for what we truly are, well, that would indeed be a crushing blow!
Thankfully, the device I purchased for testing purposes was unable to tell the difference between a normal human and a "reptoid" like me, or indeed a ghost, chupacabra, psychic bigfoot, or one of your cellular telephonic devices. What luck!
Now I know you'll never see me coming. Until we meet again, Earthlings!
Customer Review: Would you like to detect your neighbors toaster? Summary: 1 StarsThis is one of the most ridiculous claims I have ever heard! EMF is all over your house, from your electric toaster to your door bell. So the background from these will block out any other sources that might be present. So how in the world would you use this to detect "supernatural" phenomenon? And what makes you assume that a "ghost" releases EMF to begin with, or that such a phenomenon actually exists?
