I've had the Tersano Lotus water filter and the sanitizer for over a month. They seem to be well made, the oxigenated water in the sanitizer cleaned spots from my carpets that wouldn't budge with other cleaners. I really enjoy drinking water from the water filter because it removes the chemical taste. The other filters I've used made an improvement but still didn't taste very good. I'm puzzled by the user who claimed he had a rash after drinking the filtered water. If the water is obviously cleaner and the contaminants removed how could anyone possibly get a rash? Maybe he contacted some poison ivy or some other irritant and thought it was from the filtered water.Customer Review: Better taste than tap

We usually purchase bottled water which I also use for cooking. Its no fun carrying those heavy 2.5 gallon water from Costco (and the cost overtime). I did ask Tersano thru their blog if their plastic container is BPA free and was told it was. I guess it would be nice to have a travel size and maybe in stainless steel because the unit is made in China (I hope their supplier is strict about what type of plastic is being used). I also hear they are working on making a recyclable filter. Nowadays we never know whats in tap water so better safe than sorry...being FDA and USDA approved made me convinced it works better than other filter system.Customer Review: no more bottled water!

I Love my Lotus Water Treatment system. My entire family loves the taste of our water now that we Lotus it! We have been able to stop buying bottled water, which helps our environment, and we all love the ease of use and the taste of the purified water. I have given the system to my mother, and mother in law, which were both drinking nothing but bottled water due to the taste of the water in their communities. The cost saving from not buying the bottled water has been great! When I first got my unit and called the company for help they were wonderful! The customer service was outstanding. I ordered the Lotus Water Treatment System from Amazon about 6 months ago after I read a review that said Brita was close to useless and cleaned virtually nothing out of the water. The Tersano unit is expensive up front, but the filters last a long, long time. I am not sure what the other reviewer is talking about with ozone being released, because i smell/detect nothing from this unit. I have been using Tersano Lotus Sanitizing System for years for my fruits and vegetables and for cleaning my home. Everything from this company is worth every penny you invest.Customer Review: amazing water treatment system

This system is designed around the concept that ozone, used in a few high end water treatment municipal systems, degrades pollutants. The system works perfectly and is far superior to the faucet type system used by most consumers. I highly recommend it to anyone who is concerned about hidden organic pollutants in their drinking water. This is the only system that addresses these hidden chemicals and pharmaceuticals in our municipal water supplies. The order was delivered the following day after the order was placed.
