Customer Review: Good Candle I guess for the price.

My mother was convincing me to buy flameless candles because she loves hers. She bought her set on QVC. I was on their web sight to buy them and found that they were almost $40.00 for a set of 3 (they had timers though) so I searched Amazon and found these. I thought to save money I can do without the timers. When I got them they worked fine and I was happy with them until I saw my mothers. They are bigger and even feel better quality wise. They look more realistic and are amazing. I am in the process of ordering those now. Overall, they are what they advertise, but I have seen better if you are willing to pay a little more for them.Customer Review: Feels like real candle but orange lights create fake look

These do feel, look and smell(!) like real candles however once you switch on the flickering light it's obvious it's a battery candle. The flickering is nice but the orange industrial light color is really annoying and completely spoils the entire look - they look like joke candles when they are on. They don't provide any real light in the dark either. Don't know if there is a better alternative out there to no-flame candles. We bought these because we have a toddler that is in to everything, so open flame is a real no-no. Just wish the light wasn't so orange.Customer Review: Size in Picture VERY Deceiving

I know, I should have measured them first, but I hate when the picture is so obviously blown out of proportion. I am not a fan of these candles & would not recommend them to anyone. They are way too small to serve the purpose of a "real" pillar candle and they are fake looking. I even bought two boxes!!!! Oh well, I bought a flame-less candle at K-Mart I love, but they only had one left. So, I figured I'd buy a few more online, buying through Amazon usually surpasses my expectations, but not this time! Maybe I'll return them...such a pain.Customer Review: Toy size. They are very delicate and beautiful, but I was very surprised to see how tiny they were. For some reason they look like regular size candles on the picture. They don't really have a "drip effect" as advertised, they have what looks more like erosion, no drips on the sides, the candles are smooth like plastic.
However, they make a perfect gift for a child's bedroom or perhaps it's exactly what you need for your desk.
I ended up giving them away and I'll be purchasing another product.

I bought a huge amount of these candles for a Candle-light Advent program back in December. Unlike the cheap tea-light candles, these beauties really look real and when grouped together the flicker effect is mesmerizing and extremely life-like. The audience couldn't even tell the difference between the 3 dozen Gerson candles and 3 or 4 real candles I used.
Hint for grouping more than one set.... group like sizes together so the uniformity doesn't give it away.
