Customer Review: Worked okay, but not worth price
Summary: 3 Stars
Overall, these pads reduced the noise from my our Calypso washer. The laundry room is on the main level, with a basement below, and the noise vibrating through the floors was too much in the family room located next to the laundry room. The Silent Feet did little to reduce dryer noise, however. Regrettably, I forgot to take noise measurements with my sound meter prior to adding the pads.
Two negatives. One, the pads have a grippy sand paper like lining that came loose. The adhesive securing the grippy paper to the heavy rubber pads was not sufficient to the task. Second, the pads stuck to the vinyl/linoleum floor, and discolored the flooring much like a cheap bathroom rug can do.
If half stars were an option, I'd give it 3 1/2 stars overall. Washer noise was reduced noticably, but not dryer noise. Overall, the price is too high for the results. Even at half price, I'd hesitate to purchase.
