Customer service addressed questions and concerns promptly. Instructions on the assembly of the lift were a bit lacking, but managed to put it together. Only one rubber end cap arrived damaged/cracked, which is amazing given the weight of the package and the way the box looked when it arrived. We are remodeling a 200 year old house with 9 1/2 ft ceilings, when we attempted to put up the first piece of sheetrock without this lift & using a deadman, it broke, with this lift we haven't broke one piece. I can't imagine ever putting up another piece of sheetrock without this. So easy, to use I think I could do a project without my boyfriend, but the best part is he can do it without me!Customer Review: A Geat Tool For The Job

I purchased this drywall lift when I was remodling a kitchen. The lift outperformed every expectation that I had of it. In my opinion it was better than having someone else help hold the drywall because it was more stable and not subject to musle cramps and or human movement. Once I put it in place it stayed there until I secured the drywall! This was one of my better tool purchases.Customer Review: Excellent value for money

I must say: "excellent value for money". I've used this in my basement finishing project and it's been working very well. It's not as good as the "professional" lifts, but hey it's also a lot cheaper and does the job well. The assembly only takes few minutes, which was amazing.
All in all a good tool and it sure beats hanging drywalls with your wife.

I purchased a 8 Oz. Counter top style, Black Bar Roosevelt Popcorn machine for our High School Booster Club and have to rate this machine as a tremendous value. I purchased it from Discount Tommy and couldn't be more pleased with the product. Dollar wise, and dependabilty wise, this is a fantastic value.
