This little steamer works pretty good. You cannot beat the price. My only complaint, like everyone else, is that you have to fill it often. You cannot fill it till it cools down and when you want to get done cleaning this can be a pain! This is why I only give it 4 stars. I love it for my bathroom walls and floor tiles. You may want to carry a large rag to wipe up as you go! I have a large shower stall and it even works well on the glass doors. I may not use this every time I clean, as it can be time consuming ,but I will find alot of uses for it.Customer Review: design problems with steamer

I have used small portable steam cleaners for years. I read the reviews and based upon them I ordered this product.
I found the quality to be lacking in this product. The screw on lid is difficult to unscrew and get off the machine and when screwing it back on you do not when it is completely on which is a safety issue for me. The lid continues to turn even when screwed on so how do you tell if it is on tight enough? There does not seem to be a way to stop the tip from swivalling when steaming. I want to scrub with the small brush the rungs on the toaster oven rack but the stupid swival prevents that by constantly moving when you try to use the scrub brush. Steam pressure is good. Also, a three minute wait before you can add more water is too long when the tank is so small.
I will try to return the item and buy a different steamer tomorrow. I spoke with the company rep today to arrange a return and found them to be a very reputable company to deal with. I would have no hesitation to purchase from them again. They also took seriously my safety concerns.

I bought this product with high hopes based on the reviews. When it arrived I carefully filled it and assembled it, although I had trouble getting the screw-top off, and actually attempted to call Customer Service to see if I was missing something (no answer, and I just needed to work hard to get it off).
It didn't clean anything! I tried it on my kitchen sink, the grout surrounding it and my vinyl shower floor. It did not clean visible dirt, or even soap scum on either surface, even when I held the nozzle as close as possible to the surface. I tried all nozzle attachments and none changed the performance of the cleaner. It was also completely ineffective on my glass shower doors. I called Customer Service to seek suggestions (or a refund), was forced to leave a message after several attempts, and was never called back.
My advice: don't buy it! There might be a steam cleaner out there that works, but this isn't it.

A saw a paid ad for a similar product at triple the price. The reviews were not that great then I came accross this "gem" My family laughs at how excited I am getting...when I cleaning everything. Worth every penny.
