The steamer worked fine..not great ..we went away for a entire month and came back and plugged in the steamer and it would not work.. I doubt I used it more than 5x ..of course there is no refund after 30 days.. My advice save your money..it is easier to clean with a damp microfiber rag than this steamer. The good news..it did not cost a kings ransom.. the bad news it was " you get what you pay for" money down the drain.
