The product arrived very quickly after we ordered. We have some very large trees in the backyard that needed to be "Pruned". The saw worked well, except that it seemed a little on the short side from what we thought it would be. The total length once assembled is around 9 feet. We thought that it would be around 12.
Overall, we like the purchase.

Used one time after trimming about 6 branches it quit cutting. Called Mfgr to try to get new chain and found that impossible. Took it to chain saw sharpening place (on listed as suporting dealer) but they said the could not replace or sharpen the chain. They also denied being a service provider of this product. ?????? There isn't much left to say, the other reviews are right on target. Easy to use and powerful, wish I had bought it years ago. I do have 2 concerns however (1) How do you know when to adjust the oil flow and (2) I wish the chain tension adjuster was an allen head screw. I bought this to help my dad trim the branches on his large oak trees. He was very pleased to find how easy cutting them had just become. No more ladder and balancing himself on it. I was a little skeptical of buying this attachment at first but since it had good reviews I went ahead and purchased it.In a word it works GREAT. This saw is well built, better so than some other add on saws I looked at and is a very handy tool to have. As usual Amazon shipped it very fast.
