What ever reputation Troy Bilt once may have had is gone....this stuff is junk...worse than low end products you can buy at your local grocery store. Plus they will not back their product...if the engine blows they refer you to the engine manufacturer...who refers you back to Troy Bilt..etc. Yeah, now one is responsible anymore, just give us your money and so long sucker!!!!Customer Review: Good as the Other

I have had Home's, Robia"s and now this Troy
It works well for me, Very easy to start and I like the shoulder strap to take some of the arm weight off.
Yes it is loud but they all require ear protection or you damage your ears so same for all
I like the longer blowing part makes getting heavier items moving.

Doesn't vacuum as well as my B&D electric blower, is very noisy and vibrated like the devil. The unit gets very heavy when the bag gets about 1/4 full, The shoulder strap is just a strap without padding. I will try to return this junk, as this unit did not meet my expectations.Customer Review: poor mulcher

I bought this specifically because I wanted to have a better way to mulch my leaves than my mulching mower. 10:1 sounded great. After an hour of use, I have to say the ratio is close to 10:9. It is going back tomorrow. My mulching mower does much better!
Customer Review: POS -- Definitely not a reliable unit

Air pressure was good when it worked... Kill switch stopped working so had to shake the unit to turn it off. Then the unit started and stopped running within a minute. Now it won't run at all. Think all in all I had 3 seasons out of this...
