This adapter attaches easily and works well. Even hard woods cut easily. Some sites claim the maximum diameter cut is as much as 16 inches, but the directions provided by the manufacturer recommend cutting no larger than a 4 inch branch. For the price, buy the brand name. Generic adapters are also available for a few dollars less but also appear to be of lesser quality.Customer Review: Great Pole Saw
