This is the response I received when I complained about the shelving falling off the wall and into my tub every couple of weeks. Don't waste your time and money on this product.
Hello Mr Fallon,
The Twist an Loc products are a semi permanent product and must be taken down every 3-4 weeks for the surface to be cleaned and for them to be re-applied this is stated in the fitting instructions. If they are not lasting this long then you will need to take them back to the place you brought them from and request a refund or replacement.
