Customer Review: Don't buy this from the company!!
Summary: 1 Stars

I bought this after the infomercial, and what a rip-off. I don't know whether the product itself works or not, I am so angry about the shipping and handling that I haven't had the heart to try it yet.

I ordered two packages of it -- $20.00. Okay, that was fine. Then the package came and it was about a 6-oz package, and the S&H was $27.96!! What?? This is NOT mentioned in the infomercial.

And then they called me (before the package came) trying to get me to charge "just $1 to my credit card" -- which would have started me on a $30/month "coupon" program that I would have had to opt OUT of. I had to ask several times exactly what the $1 was for before they finally explained it in a way that I could discern what was really going on.

Their website is also a terrible flypaper of a website -- it doesn't let you exit once you are done, but has pop-ups and dead ends that keep you there. I finally had to close down my computer.

Beware of the infomercial website. I see from the reviews that I am not the only one who was tricked in this way. Next time I am tempted I will go online and read reviews first. Sheesh.

Customer Review: Great for Carpet
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought a package of 5 big thick UGlu Power Strips at a craft store for about $6.00. I have 2 massive and energetic Great Danes and an Irish Wolfhound that tend to "Scooby Doo" through the house from time to time, spinning their wheels on my rugs which are placed on wood floors. I would find piles of rug pushed up against the walls and furniture where they turned or accelerated toward the open back door. :( I placed a few strips of the UGlu under the outer edges of a runner and under the edges of a big 8 X 12 (heavy) wool rug near the door. After 2 weeks and many (many is an understatement...) vacuumings and dog accelerations out the back door to chase squirrels, birds and lordie knows what else, neither carpet as moved an inch. For what I purchased this product for, it is perfect. The package does say that it's a new form of "liquid glue", so if you were planning to hang something up using it, I would suspect that gravity would eventually take its toll and the product would fail. But for keeping flat things in place, it's terrific...and it is removable. So I like it... (PS..one young Great Dane at a time is much easier on a house than 2) :):)

Customer Review: Yet Another Waste Of Time & Money
Summary: 1 Stars

When oh when will I learn to stop buying things off TV? Yet another amazing product that was exactly what I needed for 3 small jobs in the house here - attach a small, lightweight shelf to the wall, to mount an undercabinet light and attach a piece of decor to a wall. All three items are well below the weight limit for the adhesive, and the amount of adhesive used, and all three stuck for about a day and then fell off. Multiple attempts provided the same results - it sticks, but not for long. The reason I wanted to use this product, was so that when an item is removed, it does not damage the surface it was adhered to; i.e. the wall. But no dice - doesn't work - no way - no how. You want something to stick, you use the 3M double sided foam tape, that can adhere a car to the ceiling. Sure it will rip the drywall up if removed, but it WILL stick and not subject you to the profound disappointment of U-Glu. If anyone ever has the opportunity to pass Billy Mays or Vince Shlomi or ANY of these TV "Spokespeople", please punch them in the throat for me...! But save your money on this "miracle product" - it simply doesn't work.

Customer Review: Doesn't work within temperature range listed on packaging.
Summary: 3 Stars

This adhesive started out being the greatest thing in the world. The only problem is, that only lasted for about 4 days for the application I needed it for. All I needed the tape for was to hold a small 1 ounce circular disk to my car dashboard so I could mount my GPS unit to it. Total weight of GPS and holder is 1.2 pounds, well under the 2 pound limit of the tape. But any time the weather got too cold (below 40) or too hot (above 70), the disc simply fell off of the dashboard. The tape clearly states that it works in temperatures of 0-180.

I have tried multiple times to get this to work, but it simply fails each time. Two smooth surfaces cleaned with alcohol and the strips applied as instructed, but it never holds for more than a few days. I have even tried doubling up the tap and that didn't do the trick either. Maybe I need someting that's truly permanent instead of permanent and removeable.

Still giving this a 3-star rating because it surely works fine for other small applications, but it most certainly doesn't work when temperature ranges are involved.

Customer Review: Infomercial fool!
Summary: 1 Stars

I was trying to locate a product so I could hang things at work and home without ruining walls, etc. When I saw this infomercial it looked too good to be true, and of course it was. I purchased product and thought I would test it by hanging a very light weight wreath in our home. The wreath hung for approximately 20 minutes if that long, and I used a large strip. I was planning to take it to work and hang my degree on my wall since we can't put picture hanging devices up. So glad I tested it first. My degree would have been smashed to pieces. No more infomercials for me. You want to believe that people are honest, but after you keep trying new things and find that none of them work, it's time to give up believing in what you see on television. People will advertise and say anything to make a dime, and don't care what happens to your valuable pictures, degrees, etc. So glad I didn't hang more things believing that it worked as shown. How that guy ever hung from the doorwall using this stuff has got to be a lie. He was not using this or he would have fallen on his tookas.
