If no stars was an option for rating, that would have been my choice for this review. This product is very poorly designed and made. While it is not Amazon's fault, Universal should be ashamed of themselves for making something so cheap. I owned an "antique" Universal grinder that was wonderful, but lost it in a move so I wanted a new one. I looked for the Universal brand, thinking I would get the same quality that I was used to. What a mistake that was! I am in the process of returning this and will never buy a Universal product again.
